The saints are sending in their decorated scarves to help abandoned dogs and cats. If you would like to help the pets abandoned because of foreclosure and job loss all you have to do is comment here and decorate a FREE scarf! Design Gives Back provides the money-- you provide the creativity! Each scarf earns a $10 donation to help the pets. Janet Wilcox of Florida made one even though her dog Yogi lives in another state (left). Her big heart demanded that she use her creativity to help the cause. We have 100 scarves being made– we need 50 more, please help!!!! To reach our goal of earning $2,000, send your address to us so we can send you a scarf! Decorate and send a pic of your dog with the scarf by July 6. Prizes go to the most creative.
OUR HEROES: Left to right: Daughter and mom –JESSICA & CHERI–made “sidekick” scarves for Kizzy Lu and Macy Dai. Erin hand-painted daisies on Bentley's scarf, Erin said the daisies are for Bentley's support of Oliver in his pursuit of the heart of Maggie from Daisy Cottage. Zoe's mom Debbie "patched it up" on her scarf! Susan from Iowa made Pugsey a beaded scarf. Minnie's mom Rue made her a cute "name" scarf. And, soulful Willie Nania and his mom Debbie painted their scarf. We will post in order we receive these over the summer. And some will be included in the video that will be on Design Gives Back. If you do more than one they may post at different times.

Just sent my address! can't wait.

Can we decorate for cats too! It might stay on for about 2 seconds, before my cat makes it her next toy, but it would be funny!
