My Zeke: Unconditional love and a big smile on my face everyday he meets me with his sparkly eyes whether I'm feeling like I can take on the world or want to crawl under the covers and call it a day! My cats give me the same and follow me around the maison letting me know they love me even though they always let me know the run the show, because they're cats of course. If my home was bigger or if I had a little land, I'd have many more, Kelee and Oliver.

Hi Kelee...
did you hit the mark with 150 scarfs? I'm passing on our Oliver Play Strong scarfs to a service dog in our area...she's gonna be the prettiest service dog around.

Dogs are the manifestation of angels here on Earth. They teach us , if we listen, unconditional love. They give us their all in a way humans cannot seem to do. They work hard for us, they love hard for us and they will fight for us to the very end. They show graciousness, fidelity, bravery and the purest form of love. They are eternally grateful, they are playful sprites. They leave paw prints on our hearts. Dog is the soul. I would not be myself without all the loving dogs I have had in my life. They are guides in life. They ask for little; just our love. We should and must protect them and care for them beyond what is required. I love my sweet fur babies. I sent in our photos last night, but they were being themselves and were not altogether cooperative with the process. I hope this helps. Thanks for your dedication to this; I am sure it must be a lot of work for you and Oliver, but it is truly a labor of love :)

I don't have a dog (unless you count when I was a child) but I love how a dog uncondionally loves you! I find it so amazing that there is a being on earth that does this. They don't have to be right, they never stay mad, they just love you!

Hi Kelee,
We just sent Lady's picture with her scarf. We just got it yesterday so I put a rush on it and had it finished today.
I have Lady, my Rat Terrier(Brat Terrorist) and Karlitta Kitty Cat.
They both hold special places in my life. Lady has been with us for 10 years and my Hub and I always say she is our glue in our relationship. She is very spoiled and she is also Karlitta's boss.
But she is so snuggly and so sweet and I think God every day for having both of my animals in my life.
This was a wonderful post too and I love all the pictures!
Have a Great Fourth of July!

They are all so cute, but Mr. Lucky just melts my heart! What a precious dog!

Thanks so much for doing this! Although Max and Tipper, my two chihuahuas, are the models for their scarf, Sebastian, my big yellow lab will be the proud wearer of it! After playing in the creek last night, Sebastian was much too wet and dirty to pose for the camera! Our dogs mean EVERYTHING to us! Their unconditional love and their loyality . . . I could go on and on. My entire family is totally committed to the animals. And we are so happy that you have coordinated this!
Thanks - Beth aka oneoldgoat
PS I'll be posting the pictures on my blog as well!

Pets are just the VERY best for demonstrating unconditional love. They are faithful, committed, protective and loyal. I miss my dog so much, he went to doggy heaven a year ago, I do have a granddog and she is sweet and loves and licks me to death!

Hi Kelee,
I sent my pictures to you today...sorry for making it just under the wire...Cody loves his scarf and has worn it proudly for all to see...
I have also posted about your effort again.
Cody's scarf has ribbon on it that says "you are my sunshine"...he is my sun, my moon, my stars...he has given us more than we could ever give him...he has made our family complete.
I have learned from him that you can come back from the brink and your life can be better...just by not giving up! Make every moment count! My husband and I have also learned that simply being together and holding hands while walking Cody makes a long hard day worth it...
Thank you again for your efforts...you are a blessing to these poor animals indeed.
Love,
Susie

Question: What does your pet give you? What do they teach?
We got both of our dogs because of the love of aminals my 9 year daughter has. Our dogs Bady above and Lucy our Boston Terrier loves my girls. Lucy hears the school bus coming and start whinning as she know my 9 year is coming home from school. Bady knows when it is bath time and takes her place in the bedroom until the girls are done. It's all about LOVE!

Look at all these cute boys and girls! What my pet gives me? Wow! What a question. I was about to say our dog Sophie gives us unconditional love. But she does put conditions on us: treats, walks, pets, rubs, belly scratches, rides. I have a feeling, though, that she'd love us even if she didn't get any of these things. She's our buddy, our best pal. She's a GOOD DOGGIE.

Stella, Stella, my gorgeous girl, my heart.
I thought I rescued you, but you rescue me everyday. You make me smile and make me play... When I look at you, I feel an inexplicable connection.
Our little friends, they truly are God, are they not?

I don't have a dog, but I just found a couple of blogs that were about your project. I wish you the best of luck.

unconditional love. She doesn't care if I am fat/skinny, if I put my make up on today/not, if I sleep late or stay up late watching t.v., etc. She only cares about the love we give her and in return she gives back so much more. Love, friendship, trust, joy, companionship, ...;p

My Zoe give me unconditional love and affection. She keeps me active always ready to go for a walk or play. I think pets are a necessity for happiness.

I just sent you our picture of Kipper in his scarf but I have to ask! WHO is that dog on the last, left side, photo?? It looks exactly like MY KIPPER!! Kip will look fluffier in his picture as he just had a bath but I swear I thought to myself, "Where did she get pic of our dog already??" Oh my!!
From our dog we learn to embrace the little things in life. A ride in the car, an ice cream cone, snuggling on the couch, a quiet walk around the neighborhood...all of these bring Kip such joy. We always say he has such joie de vivre! he loves life!!
Love,
Sue and Kip
